We operate under a strict no refund policy. Once a booking or purchase is confirmed, it is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your reservation or order, you will not be eligible for any refund or credit. Please consider this before making your purchase.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your reservation and have not contacted us in advance, the full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

Special Promotions

Discounts, promotional bookings, or special rate plans are also non-refundable. These are clearly labeled as such at the time of purchase.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we may offer to reschedule based on availability and discretion.
