Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hotel Happy Rooms services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Reservations and Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to availability
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation
  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Liability

Hotel Happy Rooms is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
